Should I polish my car before PPF?

What's more important than the name of the tool is how well the paint is, the product being used, the pad, and the skill of the person using it. Customers do not have to pick a machine. The person installing the vehicle PPf  should select the safest method.

Will Ceramic Coating hide scratches?

No. It may add gloss, but it does not level damaged clear coat. Scratches should be checked before the coating is applied.
