Our Palatine shop received a 2026 Lexus NX 350 in Nori Green Pearl from Evanston. The owner saw pictures of another Lexus on our Instagram page and then reached out to us with a message.
She was fond of the deep green paint and wished to preserve it before the arrival of winter. She wanted to spend no more than $1,500.

When you book a Full Front or Full Car PPF Wrap
Most of the owner’s miles were on city streets. She drove to work, the gym, stores, and local meetings.
She used the Edens Expressway about once a week. That still placed the front of the NX in the path of loose stones, road dirt, bugs, and salt.

The NX stayed in a garage at night. During the day, it often sat in a public parking lot. The owner also used automatic car washes from time to time.

Nori Green Pearl is a deep shade. In bright light, it appears a rich green color but in the shade, it almost appears black. The partial hood film’s edge was a concern for the owner.
We indicated to her the location of the line. She looked at it from the front, side, and underneath the shop lights. At certain angles, the line was able to be seen. We didn’t conceal the fact.
There could be a buildup of dust, wax, or dried soap near the edge of the film. Keeping the line clean is aided by proper hand washing. She agreed to the trade-off because the package included the areas that were most important to her. It also remained within the price she had established.
The mirror caps sit outside the main body line. Small stones can hit them on the road. They can also touch walls, posts, or other mirrors in narrow parking spaces.
The pair cost $250.
Door cups face a different type of wear. Fingernails, rings, and keys can leave small marks behind the handles. Four door cups cost $120.
These areas did not need large sheets of film. Small pieces gave the owner added protection where she touched the Lexus most.
SunTek Reaction is suitable for her care requirements. The movie features a hydrophobic outer layer that makes it easier to clean off dirt and insect stains. The film also has the ability to heal itself from minor marks.

The Lexus arrived in the morning. Our team checked the paint under bright lights and cleaned the front of the SUV.
We prepared the hood, fenders, headlights, bumper, mirrors, and door cups.
The hood and fender pieces went on first. We installed the headlights and bumper next. The mirror caps and door cups were added near the end.
After the film was in place, we checked the edges and corners. The full project took about eight hours.
The owner picked up the NX later that day.

The Nori Green Pearl maintained its original shine and color from the factory. The largest PPF package was not purchased by her. The one she selected was the one that aligned with her mileage, lease agreement, parking needs, and $1,500 budget.
