Join Our Chicago PPF Partner Network

Chicago is large. The city is larger than 227 square miles and has 77 neighborhoods. The person who owns a car in Lincoln Park may not feel like driving to Naperville for PPF. A customer in Oak Brook might not want to travel all the way across the city for a front-end wrap.

We are creating a reliable PPF partner network in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for this reason.

Why Work With Us – PPF Wrap

If the customer is not in our usual service area, we will recommend a shop that we believe in.

You could receive as a partner:

  1. PPF leads from your local area.
  2. Clients are paired based on how close they are and the area where the service is provided.
  3. Creating more job opportunities without spending extra money on advertising.
  4. An opportunity to work with a PPF brand that values quality.
  5. Ensure that the client knows who will be contacting them next.

What We Look For In a Partner Shop

We want to find stores that are dedicated to doing PPF work well. Your shop needs:

  • At least 3 years of actual experience installing PPF
  • A tidy store with measures to control dust
  • Good pictures or videos of previous installations
  • Great edge work
  • Positive feedback from customers
  • Transparent pricing and communication with customers
  • A team that can describe PPF coverage in an easy way
  • A smooth handoff from getting a price estimate to installation to picking up the finished product

We are looking for shops that pay attention to the little things: no dirt under the film, no mistakes in cutting, no loose edges, and no rushed work.

Film Brands We Prefer

We like stores that use high-quality PPF brands like:

Don’t Believe These 3 Myths About PPF
PPF to yellow like this
Yellowing

Earlier generations of paint protection film were known to change color with age. This yellowish tint could alter the look of the paint, becoming particularly visible on white vehicles.

Blistering

Clear Bra blistering refers to small bubbles trapped under the film. This typically results from improper or low-quality installation techniques.

Peeling

When film edges start to lift, it’s known as peeling. This issue is commonly linked to poor materials, unprofessional installation, or incorrect care after installation.

How We Review Shops

Our team will check out the partner’s previous work, installations, client feedback, and work area before sending them any leads. I would also like to know the kinds of vehicles you repair, the brands of film you use, and how your team communicates with clients.

Sometimes, we might require a sample job, visit the store, or do a secret-shopper type review. This helps us understand what the clients experience from the first call to when they pick up the final product.

How Lead Sharing Works

Usually, leads can be paired with:

  1. Client location
  2. Shop location
  3. Type of PPF job
  4. Vehicle type
  5. Your service radius
  6. Your schedule
  7. Past client feedback
  8. Quality history

Our Promise To Clients

When we refer a client, that client trusts our name. We take that seriously. We only want to work with shops that we would trust with our own cars.

If a partner shop does not keep the standard high, we may stop sending leads.

FAQ

What types of shops can join your PPF network?

We partner with PPF shops that have experience in installation, a clean workspace, and a good track record of serving clients.

Is there a fee to become a partner?

The terms of partnership are talked about with every store. We aim to form lasting partnerships with local stores that meet our quality standards.

How do you send out PPF leads?

The client’s location, the shop’s service area, the type of job, schedule, and past results from similar jobs are all taken into account when matching leads. We hope the client finds a nearby store that is suitable for the task.

What Chicago areas are you looking for?

We are open to partnering with businesses in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. This might involve the North Side, West Loop, South Loop, western suburbs, northern suburbs, northwest suburbs, and other areas where clients require reliable PPF installers.

What PPF brands do you prefer?

We like top brands like XPEL, LLumar, 3M, STEK, SunTek, or similar high-quality films. We also consider the overall quality of the installation, not just the brand name.

How long does the review take?

It depends on how much info you send us. If your portfolio, reviews, shop details, and film brands are clear, the review is usually faster. Some reviews may take a few days. Others may take longer if we need more detail.

Do I need to show past PPF work?

Yes. We will request photos, videos, reviews, or other evidence of previous installations. We want to see actual work being done on real vehicles.

Can mobile PPF installers apply?

Currently, we mainly collaborate with stores that have a permanent location and a designated work space. PPF requires a tidy area, adequate lighting, and dust management.

How do you check quality after approval?

We can look at what clients have said about our work, photos of jobs we have finished, any problems that have happened more than once, and how clients feel overall. We aim to provide equal care to all clients who are referred to us.

Can I get an exclusive area?

Maybe. The terms of the territory depend on where you are, how many partners you have, how many leads you get, and the results of the shops. We can talk about this during the review.

What makes a shop a bad fit?

A shop might not be a good choice if it has bad reviews, messy installation work, unclear pricing, poor communication, low-quality film, or no proof of previous paint protection film jobs.

What happens after I apply?

We are checking the information about your shop. If we think you might be a good match, we might request additional photos, a phone call, a visit to the store, or a trial project. Once approved, we can talk about the main terms and areas of service.
